Putting on weight

This week I’ve mostly stuffed any food I could find into my face.

Recovery from the Transylvania 50k was pretty short at a couple of days while travelling and I eased back into it this week with a few local runs just to get the legs turning over again after what was a long time on my feet in the ultra.

Looking forward to the speedy but challenging Dovestone 10k next week which is on the club championships and I’d like to take a minute or more off last years time and push hard for points in the club table.

Will be entering the Hardmoors 60 when payday rocks around and I can’t wait to start training for that challenge again.

I think the rest of this week will be a bit of relaxing and easy running and then I can start getting back to eating better after putting on few pounds from junk food and puddings!
