So this was the week I’d been building up to since November. The Grizzly Race was upon us.
I’d only done some light running last week and continued with a really pared back schedule of easy miles this week with the race in mind on sunday so not really much to report to be honest and The Grizzly Race review is here.
- Monday – 7 miles
- Tuesday – 7.5 miles
- Wednesday – 7 miles
- Thursday – 5.1 miles
- Friday – Rest
- Saturday – 3.1 miles (Killerton Parkrun)
- Sunday – 19.4 miles (Grizzly Race)
Total: 49.2 miles 4,846 ft elevation.
