The main highlight of the week is Saturday’s Billy Bland Relay leg so I’ll write that up on its own later.
Rest of the week continued the lower mileage just to get back to feeling a bit stronger. A couple of short, faster runs helped immensely and then a punishing 7 hours on my feet in the Lakes was the reward.
