To change running from being a chore to something you hate to miss, you’ve got to do it. A lot.
Lots of people say “I could never run a 5k race” but whatever the distance, you can probably do it – you just need to be positive.
At the start of the year, I’d never run more than a mile, now I’ve done an ultra marathon and I’m looking for more long distance running challenges. Here’s my story so far.
