Thank god that’s done with. Another big week of pounding out base building miles and now I’m planning on an easier week in the lead up to Dewsbury 10k.

Running faster by running faster
In an unscientific test, I tried to improve my overall speed by training faster. Talk about results!
Now we’re in the grips of what the Daily Mail would call an Arctic death storm I thought it might be good to go over winter kit.
